Paying for Services

Option #1: Pay for therapy at the time of service (private pay).

• Transparent pricing with no surprise fees (and a significant discount!)

• No physician/PCP referral needed to begin speech therapy

• No cap on the total number of sessions per year or session duration

• No limits on which types of therapy services are covered

• Cards (including HSA), check, and cash all accepted

Option #2: Use your in-network insurance plan.

We are currently in network with the following insurance plans:
Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield
Harvard Pilgrim
MaineCare

Note that coverage will vary based on your plan. Elective coaching is considered a non-medical service and will not be covered by insurance.

Option #3: Use your out-of-network insurance plan.

Many insurance plans will pay you back for out-of-network therapy costs. If I am not in your insurance network and you choose to seek reimbursement, you will pay at the time of service and I will provide a receipt, called a SuperBill. This is sent to your insurance company for reimbursement, depending on your plan.
